Therefore, below you can find the most important information regarding the rules of processing your personal data by us as part of the Autopay System (the "System"), which consists of the Autopay mobile app (the "App") and the website with the online version of the Autopay app available at https://autopay.pl/ (the "Website"). In this document, we also provide you with details about the cookies that are used by the Website.

The following document has been prepared in compliance with the GDPR, i.e., the General Data Protection Regulation, and contains the key information – the full version of our Privacy Policy with detailed information on the processing of your data can be found here.

YOUR RIGHTS

We process your data for purposes related to the functioning of the System and the provision of services offered in it. In terms of data processing, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your data (Article 15 of the GDPR or, if applicable, Article 13(1)(f) of the GDPR),
  • have your personal data rectified (Article 16 of the GDPR),
  • have your personal data deleted (Article 17 of the GDPR),
  • request restriction of processing of your personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR),
  • request transfer of your personal data to another collector (Article 20 of the GDPR).

Moreover, you have right to:

  • object to the processing of your personal data at any time
    • for reasons related to your particular situation – to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e., based on our legitimate interests), including profiling (Article 21(1) of the GDPR);
    • for reasons related to personal data processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing (Article 21(2) of the GDPR).

You can object to our use of cookies, especially by using the widget available in the lower left corner of the Website and on the banner displayed while visiting the Website for the first time or by using the appropriate browser settings.

In addition, if you would like to delete an account in our System, you can do it via the App using the feature intended for this purpose. If you decide that your data is being processed unlawfully, you can submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

Depending on the actions you are going to take, the information on the processing of your personal data can be found in the full version of our Privacy Policy.

ANALYTICAL / STATISTICAL ACTIVITIES

As part of the System and the provision of our services, we carry out analytical and statistical activities aimed at e.g., increasing their intuitiveness and accessibility – in relation to you, this will take place if you allow such activities (e.g., through the widget for managing cookie preferences or the appropriate settings of your browser). During the analysis, we will take into account the way you navigate the Website and use the App – e.g., how much time you spend on a given subpage or what you click on. Based on such aggregate information obtained from our Users, we can adjust the layout and appearance of the System and the content posted in it to the needs of Users.

If you use our services, based on the way you use them, we may also carry out statistical activities aimed at examining which groups of Users decide to use our services and how they use the System. Based on such aggregate data, we can decide in which direction to develop our offer.

PROFILING

In the System, we perform profiling - this will apply to you if you allow such activities (e.g. through the appropriate settings of your browser).

The profiling we perform consists in an automatic assessment of what products or services you may be interested in, using information about the content you display. In this way, product and service ads displayed as part of the online services you use will be more tailored to you and your needs.

We may also automatically assess which products or services may be of interest to you, based on the data you enter into the Autopay app, and prepare offers tailored to you (if we have an appropriate legal basis for this).

In addition to the above, we may improve the performance of your account in the Autopay app to match your preferences, which are automatically determined based on how you have been using the app so far.

Such improvements may consist, for example, in automatic adjustment of the way of displaying individual functions of the app, so that the ones you use most often are better visible to you.

The profiling described above does not result in making decisions that have legal effects on you or affect you in a similarly significant way.

DATA SAFETY

While processing your personal data, we use organizational and technical measures in accordance with the applicable law, including encryption of the connection using an SSL certificate.

COOKIES

Our website, like most websites, uses the so-called cookies. These files:

  • are saved in the memory of your device (computer, phone, etc.);
  • do not change the settings of your device.

Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • remembering your session,
  • statistical,
  • marketing,
  • sharing the Website features.

EXTERNAL SERVICES / DATA RECIPIENTS

If you use the services available in the System offered by external providers, we will transfer your data to these entities, which is necessary to provide these services. These entities are separate data controllers and process your data on the terms specified by them.

We also use the services of third parties that support us in running our business. Then we entrust them with processing your data – these entities process data only on our documented instructions.
